Join for an evening of nourishing sound immersion, community connection, and a chance to shop curated creations at a discount at the SHOWROOM by G in downtown Healdsburg, CA.
A sound bath provides an immersive, whole body experience that allows the brain & body to drop into restful states akin to meditation. Please bring a yoga mat and comfortable clothes to sit or lay down in for approximately an hour.
Tea will be provided at 6:30 pm to encourage socializing, and the sound bath will begin at 7 pm.

Laura Benson: Certified Master Intuition Medicine practitioner, Sound Healer, and Feminine Embodiment Coach. After spending years in high-burnout industries, Laura has learned the importance of nervous-system support & spiritual wellness first-hand. She now supports and uplifts women in the process of reclaiming their intuition, creativity, and sustainable lifestyles.
